Headquarters: Washington, DC 20009 URL: http://ahutech.com Job Description Drive identification of requirements for our Catering and Meals Services system replacement, working with our Catering, Hospitality, and Inflight business partners. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems requirements that promote increased efficiency, reliability, and intelligence. Primary Responsibilities: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams Identify, evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements and processes on a continuing basis Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Qualifications: Technical Degree or related work experience Proven experience in process and systems requirements gathering Proven analytical abilities Practical experience generating process documentation and reports Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights This is a remote position.
