20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and internal departments. Requirements Directly manage a portfolio of accounts Communicate directly with Boards of Directors Produce work orders/service requests subject to policy Collect and process ARC requests where applicable Coordinate access for service providers as required to complete service requests Send invoices to Accounts Payable Monitor and process clubhouse reservations Assist with special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President or Regional Director Draft, proof and send communications to the boards and communities, including Issue Eblasts through software Prepare for Board meetings and Annual Meetings Track and organize meeting proxies and ballots Schedule and set-up conference room meetings Maintain community contacts for Associations Build and maintain productive relationships with other departments within the company Vantaca โ enter and respond to Action Items assigned to CM/ACM role Vantaca โ post documents and maintain information in Vantaca (owner contact, Additional Info, etc.) Monitor and respond to email correspondence for personal and regional inboxes Benefits Competitive rates Weekly payments Free training and upskilling Constant support and guidance A vibrant community always ready to support you Originally posted on Himalayas
