Equipment CMS Project Manager I

Key responsibilities include profitable execution of assigned projects, ensuring accurate, on-time, and within-budget completion, and maintaining positive cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an Associate's Degree with equivalent work-related experience. Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry is required, with PMI/PMP certification desired within two years of employment.
