Internal Recruiter - Fixed term 12 months
We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join Tyk on a 12-month fixed-term contract, responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across a global, fully remote business. Requirements Owning end-to-end recruitment for multiple global vacancies Acting as a brand ambassador for Tyk Partnering closely with hiring managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and set realistic timelines Writing and refining job descriptions and adverts Designing, setting up, and managing structured interview processes Proactively sourcing candidates Screening and interviewing candidates Managing accurate data within our ATS and recruitment reporting Identifying challenging roles early and working with hiring managers to adjust strategies Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles Planning and forecasting hiring timelines in partnership with stakeholders Managing and negotiating offer processes and associated administration Completing pre-employment checks Supporting onboarding Regularly updating the Senior People Advisor on hiring progress Continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent Benefits Unlimited paid holidays Remote working from anywhere in the world Volunteering Days Employee Wellbeing platform Originally posted on Himalayas
