About LGBT Great At LGBT Great , our mission is to empower 5,000 organisations and 5 million people to lead the world in LGBTQ+ inclusion by 2035. About LGBT Great 's Mentoring Programme LGBT Great 's Mentoring Programme has connected 400+ participants across 100+organisation in 18 countries to date. LGBT Great ’s Mentoring Programme works by connecting Mentees with Mentors (LGBTQ+ and allies) across different organisations and regions around the world. The programme also serves as a reverse mentoring opportunity to find out more about the experience of walking in an LGBTQ+ person's shoes. How it works View our Mentor Directory to search for available Mentors. Become a Mentor by completing a Become a Mentor application form. Request a Mentor from the Mentor Directory by completing a Request a Mentor application form. Participants who complete our Join our Mentoring Pool application form will be paired with Mentees / Mentors in LGBT Great ’s community. Matches are made based on overlapping interests and aspirations. Applications are open throughout the year and matches are made on a rolling basis. Applications are to be made via the above links .
