The Marketing Analyst will deliver clear, data-driven insights through analysis and research to improve lead generation, conversion, occupancy, and overall revenue performance for BRS. Requirements Build dashboards that track key KPIs across all communities Analyze sales funnel performance to identify bottlenecks in pipelines Measure the effectiveness of digital, print, direct mail, and marketing plan lead aggregators Analyze cost per inquiry (CPI), cost per lead (CPL), cost per move-in (CPM), and channel ROI for each community and the overall system Partner with sales and operations to improve data capture, workflows, and lead attribution accuracy Originally posted on Himalayas
