THE OPPORTUNITY As a Narrative and World Lead for Eleventh Hour Games, you will be the architect of the interconnected systems of story, quests, characters, and lore. You would be responsible for strategy and execution of the campaign map progression that guides players through the world of Eterra. This role is ideal for someone extremely creative and especially passionate for ARPGs. This role requires someone who has strong autonomy and judgment. This role is remote, and requires strong written and verbal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain the narrative of the world, including core lore covering eras, cultures, factions, geographies, and key world events. Design campaign-level world maps structuring zones, quest hubs, travel routes, pacing, and progression logic across the narrative campaign.
